How is the Black Hair Magic Tonic different from hair dye?
It is not a dye. A dye colours hair in one harsh chemical step, often with a strong smell and scalp sting. This tonic works gradually and gently, so grey hair appears darker over time, with no harsh smell, no rinsing and a much kinder feel on the scalp.
How long does the tonic take to work?
Most people see grey hair take on a lighter brown tone around day 3, deepening around day 5 to 7. Individual results vary.
Is the result permanent?
It is a nurturing cosmetic tonic, not a permanent dye. Hair you have already darkened will not suddenly fade, but new grey growth needs ongoing application to keep the overall look even, much like a skincare routine.
Do I rinse it off? Dry hair or wet hair?
No rinsing. Apply to dry hair for the best result, as damp hair affects absorption. Squeeze a small amount onto a comb, work it through the grey areas, let it absorb, and you are ready to go.
Will the result look unnaturally dark?
No. The tonic builds a natural-looking depth gradually rather than a flat, sudden black. Because the change comes on over days, from white to brown to deeper tones, it reads as natural rather than obviously coloured.
Can I use the tonic on a sensitive scalp, or during pregnancy?
It is a gentle formula with KKM and SGS certification. If your scalp is especially sensitive, patch-test a small area first. Pregnant or breastfeeding users, and anyone under medical treatment, should consult a doctor before use.
Does the Hair Booster Serum really work, and how long does it take?
With consistent twice-daily use, most people notice reduced hair fall at around 14 days and fine baby hairs at around 45 days. Hair follows its own cycle, so the first sign to watch for is less shedding rather than instant new growth. Individual results vary.
What are the main ingredients?
The key actives are Swiss Apple Stem Cell, Hexapeptide-11, Panthenol (Vitamin B5) and Green Tea Extract, delivered via Korean Nano Penetration Technology. It is free from parabens and silicones, KKM registered and SGS tested.
At what age should I start using it?
A good time to start is from around age 25, especially if you notice early thinning, extra shedding or a weakening hairline. Acting early, before significant loss, is easier than waiting. It suits both men and women.
Will the new hair grow in black or white?
New hair grows in your own natural colour. The serum supports healthier growth and a stronger scalp environment; it does not change hair colour. Grey hair specifically is addressed by our Black Hair Magic Tonic.
Will the serum make my scalp itchy or oily?
No. It is lightweight and absorbs quickly with no greasy residue, so it suits oily scalps too, and it contains soothing Panthenol and green tea. A slight tingle as it absorbs can be normal. If you experience real itching or irritation, stop use and consult a doctor.
Can I use it without washing my hair first?
Yes. Apply it directly to the scalp morning and night and massage gently to absorb. It works on dry or damp hair, and there is no need to rinse.
Does an anti-hair-fall shampoo actually work?
It works at what it can realistically do: clearing buildup, reducing flaking and irritation, and maintaining a healthier scalp environment. Because shampoo is rinsed off after a couple of minutes, it supports the scalp rather than regrowing hair on its own, which is why it pairs best with the leave-on serum.
How often should I use it, and how long do I leave it on?
It is formulated for daily use, which suits an oily or buildup-prone scalp in Malaysia's humidity. Leave it on for around two minutes so the actives have real contact time before rinsing, rather than rinsing straight away.
Will it dry out my hair or scalp?
No. It is designed to cleanse without stripping, with Panthenol, Vitamin E, Aloe and Trehalose to keep the scalp hydrated and the lengths soft.
Is it safe for coloured hair?
Yes. It is a gentle daily-use shampoo suitable for all scalp types. If you have recently coloured your hair, allow the usual settling period first.
Can it really repair damaged hair?
It is built around olive-derived lipid replenishment, which works within the hair fibre rather than only coating the surface, so it genuinely improves the condition, softness and manageability of damaged hair over consistent use. No conditioner can permanently rejoin a split end; trimming handles those.
How often should I use it?
Use it 2 to 3 times weekly, or daily if your hair needs it. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes for regular use, or 3 to 5 minutes for severely damaged hair, applied mid-length to ends.
Is it safe for coloured or bleached hair?
Yes. It is safe for coloured, bleached and heat-styled hair, and gentle enough for daily long-term use, which is exactly the hair that tends to need it most.
Will it make my fine hair go flat?
No. It is a lightweight formula that leaves hair soft and shiny rather than greasy or heavy. Apply it mid-length to ends and keep it off the scalp to avoid weighing hair down.

Can I use all the products together?
Yes, they are designed to work together. Cleanse with the shampoo, condition mid-lengths to ends, apply the serum to the scalp morning and night, and comb the tonic through grey areas on dry hair. The serum and tonic can be used on the same day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to KL usually takes 2 to 3 working days. Other states generally take 3 to 5 working days, and East Malaysia may take a few extra days. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
