Return & Refund Policy

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please kindy inform our CLOVEE Customer Services with all information ASAP, so that we can authorise your return. We will send out your correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect item.


Incorrect or faulty items are eligible for return for up to 1 month from the date you received your parcel.


When returning your incorrect or faulty item(s), if you send us a copy of your return postage receipt , we will be happy to refund this whilst processing your orders. Please send your item(s) using J&T / Poslaju for delivery service , or an equivalent service for international returns as we can only refund up to this amount.


Please note that your receipt is your proof of postage to keep safe, so you can claim with postal provider should anything happen to the parcel on its way to us , and as such we do not recommend putting the receipt in the parcel.


We will only pay return postage fees for the weight of the incorrect or faulty item(s) that you are sending back. If you choose to include any additional non-faulty items in your return, postage fees for these items will not be refunded.

Exchange & Return Policy

All goods sold are non-refundable or exchangeable unless it is due to faulty item or wrong item received. Refunds, returns and exchanges are not allowed for change of mind or wrong order placement made by you.

Faulty item does not cover scratches, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product.

 

WHAT TO DO IF THE ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED IS FAULTY?

If the item received is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us no later than seven (7) business days upon the receipt of item. We will sort this out as soon as possible. Any delayed requests will not be entertained.
 
 

You can request for a return via Facebook (@clovee), Instagram (@cloveeofficial), or email (clovee.official@gmail.com). If your return is accepted, our team will walk you through the process for returning the item for an exchange. Item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please ensure the item returned to us is in the exactly same condition as you received, i.e sealed or unused, with original receipts, and in its original packaging. We shall not be responsible for any lost parcels and thus using a courier service that provides tracking is strongly recommended. The cost of the return and exchange parcel will be borne by us, provided the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery through no fault of your own.

 

It will take 3-5 business days for us to process and ship out the exchanged item. Please note that we will not be providing refund except there is no stocks that can be exchanged to replace for you.

WHO BEAR THE DELIVERY COST FOR THE EXCHANGE?

Freight charges will be borne by us provided that the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.


 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND OR SHIP OUT THE EXCHANGED ITEM?
 
 

Once we have received the returned item, your refund or the exchange item will be processed or send out within 3-5 business days. We will notify you once we have shipped out the exchanged item.



 
 

 


 

 

WHAT HAPPEN IF THE PARCEL WENT MISSING, DELAYED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

You will become the owner of the item you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Clovee shall under no circumstances be liable for any damage incurred to goods, delayed in transit or for non-delivery. Please note that if you have a non-delivery arrangement with the courier company, we are not liable for the loss, damage or destruction to the goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address.
